We offer a sand casting in green sand and oil based sand.  Not seen very much these days due to the high level of skill required.  Applications include, art, model engineering, deleted vintage car and motor cycle parts and fine plaques. 

 

 

 

 

This is a picture of an old motorbike exhaust flange using re-manufactured patterns and a CO2 sand insert going into a green sand mould.
